Back To School

Breakfast was the same as yesterday... Well sorta...

An ogre made with water, spinach, amazing grass, banana, and blueberry. Plus 1/2 cup plain yogurt with granola and honey. This might be my breakfast for awhile. It's so good.

I haven't been posting many pictures of the squirrel because she is feeling so bad. Today was another long day but I did get a little break (thanks to my mama). She is so sick that all she wants to do is be held. It's fine for about half the day but after awhile carrying 21lbs gets old. I even got out her old bumbo chair so she could sit on the counter top while I got ready.

She may be sick but she's still sweet.

We did nothing but hang out around the house this morning.
Lunch was more lentil soup/stoup/stew with a sprinkle of parm and a tortilla with hummus. Very filling.

After lunch I had to go take a test. I have decided to start college again in January. I took 2 years at a community college 5 years ago and then married the hubs along with the Marine Corps. Needless to say, college was put to the back burner. I found a community college that will do a dietary technician program all online. All I needed to do was apply and take the darn test I took today. Amazingly, I took 2 years worth of classes and didn't take a single math class. So they needed a placement test so I could take math. It was broken down into 2 part. Arithmatic - which was easy. Algebra- which was HARD. I guessed on every single answer. Terrible. I was going to study for it but it's a placement test so I didn't want to get in a class that was over my head.
I was starving after my class so I snacked on these little buggers on the way home...

O-M-G! Have any of you had these yet?

I mean look at them! Covered in cocoa-y goodness. SOOO good. Plus they came in a cute 100 cal pack which was almost too many for me. Normally I'm searching for crumbs in a 100 cal pack. These were perfect.

I picked up the squirrel from Nana's and headed home for dinner. I was planning on eating leftovers but the husband had leftovers for lunch. We decided on tortilla pizzas and salads.
I did caramelized onions, blue cheese, and pear.

Plus a plain salad sprinkled with almonds and a little bit of salad dressing.

I woke up feeling a little crappy. I'm doing ok now. Better than this morning. Hopefully my amazing grass will kick in and this funk will leave us alone!
