I wasn't feeling too hungry so I had plain yogurt, pumpkin granola, and a drizzle of honey.
Later in the afternoon I really craved a cup of coffee but since my tummy still wasn't much better I made an ogre for nutrients. This guy had 4 cups of spinach, 1 cup of water (you can use milk, juice, almond milk), 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, and a scoop of amazing grass.
I was feeling much better by dinner time and boy was I happy. I got a bunch of stuff today to make some neat recipes.
The star of this recipe was this guy...
Can you tell he likes peanut butter?
I started with whole wheat thin spaghetti.
I made the exact recipe but I was lazy and just added a can of oriental veggies. Next time I'll use fresh veggies. It was absolutely delicious. I was so impressed with how Asian it tasted. I've made many stir fry dishes and none can even compare. Of course the squirrel loved it.
After dinner I started working on peanut butter vanilla and chocolate chip cookie dough balls.
I have been searching for a good right before bed snack. I came across Averie's blog awhile ago and have been meaning to make some of these little buggers.

Making Peanut Butter Vanilla Balls
dates, almond butter, peanuts, and vanilla
cashews, oats, maple syrup, agave, coconut
The result...
I didn't have any chocolate chips (can you believe that?!) so I just added some shredded coconut to the "batter".
The raw food diet scares me a little bit but if everything tasted like these guys BRING IT ON!

Y'all have got to try the peanut noodles and the balls. Peanut butter was definitely going my way today :)
Now I'm getting ready to settle down with some tea and call it a night. It's only 6:30 but I'm pooped. It's no fun waking up at 5.

I really love that brand of peanut butter. It's nice and inexpensive, plus very tasty.
I like the idea of peanut sauce on noodles. I am marking this down for a future recipe!
Sorry about the bellyache! But I think it's fabulous you tried putting the smoothie in the coffee cup to satisfy the craving. Oh, coffee, what would we do without you?
Aren't Averie's balls amazing?!
