Breakfast was yummy!
I started with a honey Oikos...

Then added a whole banana, a banana Bobo's Oat Bar, and a dollop of Bee's Knees PB.

Guess what will be for breakfast tomorrow morning! This was sooo delicious! Even the squirrel ate a good portion.
I've posted a couple times now about The Bee's Knees peanut butter. If you've never tried it before you have to! Especially if you don't really like natural peanut butter. I think this one is as close to Jiff as you can get for a natural PB. The squirrel loves it!

After breakfast I did 20 minutes on the bike at the gym. Then I tried to run on the treadmill and only ended up running for 10 minutes. I'm still hurting :( I also did yoga for weights at yogadownload.
When I got home I was CRAVING brussel sprouts. Isn't that strange! So lunch was an Amy's burger with Sabra hummus. Plus roasted brussel sprout and ketchup.

Guess who else liked the brussel sprouts?!

After lunch we played for quite a bit. I snapped this picture of the squirrel on the couch... Check out how long her bangs are! It's taken forever for her hair to grow.

And finally for dinner I made my favorite pizza. It has 5 ingredients.

Caramelized onions, garlic, pear, blue cheese, and whole wheat pizza crust. YUM.

This is my FAVORITE. Well maybe after my basil and spinach pizza. I think I just love pizza!
On the side I did some sauteed kale. All it consisted of is kale, a splash of veggie broth, a splash of red wine vinegar, some of my caramelized onions, and craisins. Plus some toasted almonds on top. This is also really good and a different way to eat kale! You can only eat so many kale chips :)
And I had a yogurt for dessert even though I really wanted icecream.

As I was looking through pictures of our day I noticed we had little guests at every meal. Rabbit and Pooh came for breakfast. Owl came for lunch. And Eeyore came for dinner...

I guess my kiddo doesn't like to eat alone with me...
Or maybe I'm just not good enough anymore!
Hope y'all survived Monday... One day closer to FRIDAY! :)
By the way... Gabriela is giving away PB&Co goodies over at Une Vie Saine!
And there's a Chobani giveaway over at Simply Life!
Speaking of goodies... Stay tuned tomorrow for my first giveaway!!!

I always think of becoming an early riser to get more done during the day -- maybe once I start a full-time job but for now working part-time from home, 7:30 works for me. ;)
How fab that your daughter likes brussel sprouts! I just learned to like them last year haha!
That pizza sounds divine. I love pears and blue cheese. It's such a shame that I can't eat pears anymore, though!

Growing up, my dad hated brussel sprouts so we never had them in the house. To this day I've never tried them. I'm probably missing out on some veggie goodness!
I like the PB&Co Dark Chocolate Dreams, and I want to try the other varieties. Bees Knees is probably next on my list.

I'm impressed that your daughter enjoys brussel sprouts! I hated them big time before... Now, I love them :) My fave way to cook them is with dijon mustard and a bit of water to create a sauce!
