OUCH!

Whew! I am definitely recovering from yesterday. I could barely get out of bed this morning. Everything hurts. I'm usually pretty active and can easily run 2 miles... If the roads are flat. Those hills took a toll. I'm hurting.

Breakfast was 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled. With ham and cheese.

Plus coffee and soymilk in my new mug :)

Lunch today was an ogre...
With half spinach half kale, frozen bananas, soymilk, and bees knees peanut butter.

Plus a chocolate oikos. So good!

And since that wasn't much for lunch I ended up snacking my way through the afternoon.

I had a new blueberry Luna Bar. YUM.

And some crackers and hummus. I may have eaten about half the tub of hummus... Eeek.

I ate dinner at my mom and dad's.

I guess it was a soup/stew. What's Rachel Ray call it? Stoup? It had broth, veggies, and chicken. It was perfect for such a cold day. Plus I had 2 unpictured rolls.

And since I was so sore today I took a day off from exercise. I did spend about 30 minutes stretching. Which I really needed!

My child is learning something new every single day...

Check out what she learned today...

Well I hate to remind you all of this but tomorrow is Monday. No fun. I do have a busy week scheduled so hopefully it will fly by!

Aw, cute- can she get out of her crib too or just the tub?

I have been wanting to try the chocolate Oikos, I'm guessing you recommend it?

I just tried the Bee's Knees for the first time today and it's so delicious! I can absolutely demolish the Sabra, as well. It's just too good! Love the Squirrel's new play spot- at least it makes cleanup easy if she makes a mess!

Oh Squirrel, you melt my heart!

Soreness makes me feel like I worked hard, I kinda like it...except when I'm walking down the stairs...

Oh what precious pictures of your little girl! She is absolutely adorable.

I find it hard NOT to eat half a tub of hummus once I get started.

I had never seen the chocolate oikos, next time I'm in the States I'll have to give it a try! I have to say though, I usually find chocolate yogurts kinda disappointing...

When I moved out of my parents house, I moved to a neighborhood that is dead smack in the center of a giant hill. I have to climb at least 3 hills per run. It was BRUTAL - but eventually it gets easier. Plus, the hills have done wonderful things for my butt!! lol
