Breakfast was 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled. With ham and cheese.

Plus coffee and soymilk in my new mug :)

Lunch today was an ogre...
With half spinach half kale, frozen bananas, soymilk, and bees knees peanut butter.

Plus a chocolate oikos. So good!

And since that wasn't much for lunch I ended up snacking my way through the afternoon.
I had a new blueberry Luna Bar. YUM.

And some crackers and hummus. I may have eaten about half the tub of hummus... Eeek.

I ate dinner at my mom and dad's.

I guess it was a soup/stew. What's Rachel Ray call it? Stoup? It had broth, veggies, and chicken. It was perfect for such a cold day. Plus I had 2 unpictured rolls.
And since I was so sore today I took a day off from exercise. I did spend about 30 minutes stretching. Which I really needed!
My child is learning something new every single day...
Check out what she learned today...

Well I hate to remind you all of this but tomorrow is Monday. No fun. I do have a busy week scheduled so hopefully it will fly by!

where did you find the chocolate oikos? I can't find it anywhere and this girl loves chocolate!
I just tried the Bee's Knees for the first time today and it's so delicious! I can absolutely demolish the Sabra, as well. It's just too good! Love the Squirrel's new play spot- at least it makes cleanup easy if she makes a mess!
OMG! The squirrel! The bathtub! Look out girl, she is on a mission :) xo
Oh yeah, I've definitely eaten straight through a container of hummus! It's ok, you're in good company!
Aww cute.
I can easily eat half the hummus container!
Yummy food! Your little one is beautiful!!
I am so jealous of you eating that Oikos! I cannot find that at ANY of the food store by me..including Trader Joe's!

Sorry about the soreness but that's actually a GOOD thing- building muscle :)
Oh Squirrel, you melt my heart!
Soreness makes me feel like I worked hard, I kinda like it...except when I'm walking down the stairs...
Oh what precious pictures of your little girl! She is absolutely adorable.
I find it hard NOT to eat half a tub of hummus once I get started.

I've never seen the blueberry Luna Bar before, but it looks quite delicious. I recently tried the chocolate OIkos as well, it made a great dessert:)
She looks so proud of herself looking up at you from the tub! Another obstacle surmounted!
I had never seen the chocolate oikos, next time I'm in the States I'll have to give it a try! I have to say though, I usually find chocolate yogurts kinda disappointing...
She is a climbing machine, that one!! :)
The stoup looks so nourishing and cozy. Perfect for sore bones, eh?
Aww! You're little girl is absolutely adorable! :]
She is SO cute!
When I moved out of my parents house, I moved to a neighborhood that is dead smack in the center of a giant hill. I have to climb at least 3 hills per run. It was BRUTAL - but eventually it gets easier. Plus, the hills have done wonderful things for my butt!! lol
Hope you feel better!!
Your daughter is gorgeous! Rest up......
What great looking eats :) And your girl is TOO CUTE! She is obviously quite the adventurer :)
