Haiti Pictures

Here are the pictures I was allowed to share of the husbands trip to Haiti. My husband is a pilot so his feet only touched Haitian ground once. So the pictures are mostly from the sky.

The ship he was on.

A
CH-53 (what the husband flies) folded up. I love this picture. To me it looks like a little bird with it's wings folded up sleeping.

All spread out!

The inside.

Haitians

One of the only pictures from the ground. That's not him but you can see the broken buildings in the background.

Haiti from the air...

Big Kenny came to see them from Big and Rich.

Thanks for sharing these photos!! Despite all the destruction, Haiti really is gorgeous, isn't it? And I love the bird analogy for the helicopter...I think it's kind of cute looking too! Glad the hubs is home safe :)

Awesome pics, Haiti looks so beautiful, it's so sad the earthquake caused so much distruction.

Please tell your husband thank you. Thank you for risking his life to be in our armed forces and thank you for taking time away from his family to go and help a nation that was devestated by forces they could not control. Please tell him thank you for doing what most people would never have the courage to do.

I love that picture of the helicopter all folded up too. In a time of craziness and chaos it looks so peaceful.
