I'll Try Not to Bore You

I loved reading your comments on WAT-AAH! Did y'all get a chance to read this comment?

"I was in my son's First Grade Potluck yesterday and one mom brought in wataah. I was wondering what was the commotion and why kids started to scream wataah watah. It was incredible, kids grabbing the bottles and saying i love wataah. All of us parents were shocked. There were plenty of sodas and juices on the table, but the kids grab the water. It has a number of "flavors" but all taste like water and with added minerals. Seeing how it works with the kids (and my first grader), I'm all for this brand. It's about time we make watr more cool for kids, any help to stop their soda drinking....even if it means replacing only 2 out of the 3-4 cans of soda some kids drink during the week.......I can't criticize this company. I think this is progress!"

Honestly, I had NO IDEA it would have that effect on kids! That is incredible. I didn't want my review yesterday to sound like I didn't like the company because I really think it's a great idea. I guess I am just doubtful of the concept. I guess that comment is my proof though haha!

As I was uploading these pictures today I was thinking of how boring this post was going to be. I need to keep track of my food intake though so I had to post. Do you guys ever do that? Just post to post?

So anyways... Dinner last night was
another bean and cheese quesadilla. With lettuce, a dollop of light sour cream, and a farmer's market tomato.

Breakfast this morning was a yogurt parfait. This had plain yogurt, honey, dried fruit, and Galaxy Granola Hint of Honey.

I had a doctor appointment with the squirrel today so afterwards we went to Chick-fil-a. I did my normal grilled chicken sandwich and side salad with berry balsamic.

To make this post not-so-boring I figured I'd share some baby pictures with you. I had an ultrasound yesterday and got a couple pictures.

Since the squirrel came early I've been labeled "high risk". So I see a high risk doctor every 2 weeks. All the doctor does is an ultrasound to look at the baby. It's nice in a couple ways. I get to see the baby and it eases my mind.

Here's him at 21 weeks.

Here's the squirrel (on the left) and him both at 21 weeks. They already look a little different!

Wait! Did I miss that you are having a boy?? I'm totally blanking here on if I already knew that or not. How exciting! I have a gut feeling this pregnancy is a boy for me too. It's still really early but I already have that inkling.

The Wataah sounds like a great idea. I would be skeptical too but I loved hearing that it works..

i love the idea of galaxy granola with yogurt! especially topped with raisins in a nice glass <3

i think thats so awesome about finsing replacements for soda.. especially with kids. i used to drink so much pop growing up but its cuz i didnt know any better.. it def is probably half of the reason that i struggle with sugar sensitivity as an adult ... that and constantly eating captain crunch/corn pops 24/7 lol

high risk is always a scary label. i really hope everything goes smoothly!!! fingers and toes crossed! thank u for sharing the pics- so beautiful! yay baby boy :)

In no way do I want to end up in the high risk category. But it sure would be nice to have the reassurance of frequent ultrasounds. I won't see my little boy until his birthday.

I'm glad they are monitoring you so closely. I'm sure it was a fluke what happened last time, but it is still comforting to know that they are on top of this.

When is your due date. I am 21 weeks too, so we must be within days of each other. Mine is the 10/6.
