
She does English muffins, ham, poached eggs, cheese, and hollandaise made with light butter and skim milk. It's amazing!
Since the husband had a night flight he had the morning off today. So we splurged and went out for breakfast. I had 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon.

And since I had such a heavy dinner and breakfast I just had a rice bowl for lunch. Just some brown rice cooked in veggie broth and broccoli. It was just the right amount of food.

Now that I'm looking back at my food intake I'm kind of embarassed. Where are the fruits and veggies? I have to be honest with you guys though ya know... No one is perfect...
My body has been craving good food all day. I guess now I know why! Tomorrow is a new day!

You're right, no one is perfect. But I DO see veggies in that rice bowl! I think you're doing just fine b/c you're listening to your body!! :)
No need to be embarrassed! Your eats looks GREAT! And whenever that happens to me I just make sure to eat a few extra servings the next day :)

dont be embrassed- it all looked good and well deserved. we've all gotta splurge once and awhile otherwsie we'll go mad .. or end up eating 3 times that amount. u look fantastic btw ,so no worries!

Absolutely do not be embarassed about your eats- we all have better days than others! I know I'll go two or three days with barely any veggies, then just crave them like nuts for a few days. Your body will always tell you what it needs!
Girl, i'm with you on the no veggies or fruits thing! sometimes my body wants pancakes and bacon, so I listen!!! It all evens out in the end anyway.

No need to be embarrassed. I'm sure it all evens out, where some days you eat a ton of fruits and veggies, and other days are more indulgent. I think its all part of a healthy balance :)

I have days like that too where I eat heavier meals and not as many fruits/veggies but the next day crave them. It's all about balance. And I think that's pretty perfect. :)

Those eggs benedict look scrumptious! That sauce has me drooling like a teething baby ;-) Don't be embarassed, you eat a lot of healthy stuff. I never post my fruits and veggies.
We all have days like that - empty calories that don't fill you up. Sometimes it's totally worth it!!
