Funny!
Check out last nights dinner...

That is why I can never lose any weight when my husband is home. I'm lucky to maintain it!
He floured chicken breasts and seared them in butter and olive oil. Then he added onions, garlic, mushrooms, chicken broth, and white wine. At the end he added a splash of heavy cream.
He put it over whole wheat pasta. I made salads and poured the wine. Only to get something healthy in there!
It was wonderful eating a nice dinner with him.

Our plan this morning was to go to Dixie Grill but we all got up a little too late. Instead I tried to replicate one of my favorite things there.

Half egg whites, half eggs, spinach, tomato, onion, feta. All on a biscuit.
And I had some iced vanilla rooibos with soy milk. SO GOOD.

There I go again with the dry erase marker!
We were pretty much lazy all morning... I played with a new toy I got last night...

LOVE IT.
Around noon squirrelly and I pretty much wiped out the rest of a Sabra container with Kashi crackers.

I also made an Amy's veggie burger with spring mix and some of Avery's peanut sauce

We are off later to my parents house for dinner. My uncle is in town! Can't wait!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

my parents usually influence what I eat, unless I get to kitchen before them ;)
Besides "my bizzy kitchen" the next search that gets to my blog???
BIG FISH LIPS! No joke!
Hope you have a great week! :D
It's hard to eat healthy when my husband is around. He likes every kind of junk food possible. ;)
Your dinner looks really good. Seeing that class of rooibus makes me want to go make a nice cup of tea. Yum.
I'll have to try that peanut sauce sometime! Looks delish. That is super funny about your husband. Mine does the same thing. Uses a ton of oil, breads things, and not afraid of using cream and cheese. It's all about the flavor for him.
Lazy sundays are the absolute best and holy cow - that breakfast looks amazing! Love the biscuit addition, you really can't beat that! Looks like the recreation was a success to me :)
Looks like we all have issues with our husbands!
I just got an iphone too. How did I ever live without it? My blog name used to be Housewife in the Raw (started when I was eating really high raw) and I got some creepy searches coming in with that name. I think they were sorely disappointed to find photos of kale.
