Last night we grilled out and I forgot to take a picture. Picture a steak, cornbread, and baked beans. Small portions of everything.
Breakfast this morning was loaded yogurt.

Oikos vanilla yogurt, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries. banana, granola, and a drizzle of honey. I'm loving the yogurt bowls right now!
Lunch was a tasting plate.

Parmesan cheese, kasha pita chips, carrot sticks, pistachios, and hummus. I need to do this more often!
Dinner was delicious and I can't wait to share it tomorrow. Hope you had a great weekend!

Wow - what a delicious and action packed day you had! I can honestly say i don't have a favorite post work out snack...I mostly want water and a place to collapse! :o)
