I love your responses about the calorie counting. I guess I should have explained my calorie counting flaws. I am knowledgable about how many calories are in things so I am aware of about how many calories I am consuming. I hate math so adding up all the nutrition facts are annoying and I am terrible at actually recording it. I do measure out high calorie foods like cheese, nut butter, syrup, honey. The rest of it I estimate.
Last night I did bison burger meatballs with spaghetti and broccoli sprinkled with garlic gold.
The meatballs were incredible! I love bison burger!
Since I ate a bunch of pasta last night I decided on egg whites this morning.
3 leftover egg whites (from that chocolate mousse), mama pea's salsa from her book, spinach, and 1T of feta.
Today was one hour of cardio at the gym. 30 minutes on the dreadmill (it's really becoming that) and 30 minutes on the bike.
I drank a protein shake on the way to the gym and snacked on carrots on the way home.
Remember yesterday's weather? It was over 70* yesterday. We had a similar day today so lunch was summer inspired.
Mama Pea's thai veggie burgers+pineapple (I had these frozen) and BBQ sauce on a sandwich thin. Plus some Alexia sweet potato fries and puffs (3 ounces to be exact) and ketchup.

I love the regular LaCroix sparkling waters and I found these awhile ago. They are so summery that I was having a hard time drinking them. Today was a perfect day for one!
