Plus I made roasted potatoes and carrots, bread, and a salad of greens, red onion, feta, cherry tomatoes, and homemade balsamic.
We rounded out dinner with homemade chocolate mousse and homemade whipped cream.

I started the morning off with some loaded yogurt. When I start my day with something healthy everything else falls in to place. Vanilla oikos, blackberries, strawberries, chi as, and granola.

I got in an hour of cardio- 30 mins treadmill + 30 mins bike at the gym.
When I got home I made a protein shake and had a handful of pistachios.

That tided me over until lunch.

I made a grilled turkey, 2% cheddar, and hummus sandwich on a sandwich thin. Plus spinach with a tiny bit of gorgonzola, pecans, and cinnamon dressing.
The hummus on the grilled turkey sandwich was so good! I'll definitely be doing that again!
We've got some running around to do this afternoon. Pizza is scheduled for dinner!
What is your favorite post-workout snack?

Dinner looks amazing! And your breakfast looks crazily similar to mine each morning!
Great minds think alike Autumn! OR we are busy moms and it's easy to throw and bowl of yogurt together in the morning ;)
I just found your blog and I love it! I have lived in Wilmington recently and I don't know about you, but I LOVE Kilwin's icecream and spending time on the beach!
Your eats look delicious by the way!
My favorite post-workout snack is a banana and peanut butter smoothie! Yum!
Your salads look so good. I have to try the turkey and hummus. I've never thought of it and I think I'd like it a lot.
You've got to try it. So gooey and delicious! :)
I have been loving yogurt lately and seeing yours just make me crave it even more. I love loading it with tons of fruits and granola. So delicious.
The chocolate mousse look fantastic!
I agree..if I start the day off right, I'm so much more likely to keep it in control the rest of the day. Chocolate for breakfast rarely portends good things for my waistline.
CINNAMON DRESSING?!?!? How can I obtain such a thing?
