This is going to be a good year. I can already feel it.
Breakfast this morning was overnight oats in a jar, the only way I'll eat oatmeal.
1/3c greek yogurt, 1/3c rolled oatmeal, 1/3c soy milk, 1T chia seeds left to sit overnight. Plus 1/2 a banana this morning.
All in an empty peanut butter jar.
With a new coffee creamer.

Lunch was a bit random but it usually is with leftovers.
Leftover brown rice and black beans on a whole grain tortilla. I added Mama Peas salsa (from her book), a teeny tiny bit of cheddar, and greek yogurt.
Plus the last bit of kale chips on the side.
We are headed to a friends house tonight for dinner to see their new baby! Can't wait!
