Microwave Egg Sandwich

     

  • Spray a ramekin or coffee mug with cooking spray.

  • Crack in your eggs. I did 2 egg whites.

  • Add your toppings. Spinach, spoonful of salsa, and salt and pepper for me.

  • Cover it with a wet paper towel and cook it at 30% power for 1 minute.

  • Take it out and stir.

  • Again cook it at 30% power for 1 minute.

  • This is when mine started to look done so I started 30 second intervals at 30% power. It only took 30 more seconds.

  • I put my egg on a sandwich thin with laughing cow cheese.
