Mama Pea's zee bars.

These were good... Except they didn't really taste like the clif z bars. Mine weren't dense enough and I knew they weren't going to be by the batter. I think I did something wrong somewhere.

Dinner was eaten at my parents house but I was good and brought a salad. The last of my pre made salads this week plus a thai veggie burger and cinnamon dressing. They didn't last me long!
Breakfast this morning was overnight oatmeal.

1/3c rolled oats, 1/3c soymilk, around a 1/3 cup of chobani vanilla yogurt, and 1T chia seeds all left over night to cook in the fridge. This morning I added 1T almond butter and a half of a banana.
This is my favorite combination.
So I went to the gym today. As I was doing an arm workout on the machine I saw one of the personal trainers working out near me. I've noticed him at the gym before and I like what he does with his clients.
Randomly, I decided to talk to him. His rates were reasonable and I liked him. I signed up.
I've been thinking about personal training for awhile now and I've been watching a lot of the personal trainers to see which one I like best. I've got to lose this baby weight. I've got 20lbs to lose. UGH.
My first training session is next Tuesday. Stay tuned for that one!
My sister and I took the kids to play and went to Atlanta Bread Co. for lunch.

Just a bowl of french onion soup and a chunk of bread.
Plus frozen yogurt for dessert.

Did you know you get a dessert after every meal? Mmm hmm.

Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, waffle cone pieces, a little bit of cool whip, and a teaspoon of nutella.
Are you trying a new workout plan this year?

Pre-making salads is the best! I hate when I run out of them and have to remake though! :)
My new workout plan is to stay consistent and do something at least 5 days a week!
Go you for signing up with the personal trainer! I like how you "shopped around" for the best one, too. :-)
Wishing you success in your weight loss goals.
