Last night's dinner was unplanned.

Do you see what happens when I don't plan things? I ended up with an Amy's veggie burger with 2% cheddar, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Plus roasted sweet potatoes. The kiddos had sweet potatoes and cheese ravioli's. I've got to stay on top of things!
This morning I tried 2 new things!

A chobani apple cinnamon and Kashi Go Lean cinnamon crumble. Both were SO good! I'm not really a fan of chobani but I love this one. Plus I had an unpictured protein shake and coffee.
I went to the gym this morning and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
I went to the doctor on Wednesday night and the doctor said I pulled a muscle in my back. She said it was so bad that she could see exactly where it was. She prescribed pain meds and muscle relaxer. I don't think the meds have helped but I do feel better. Probably just from healing. It actually felt amazing to walk on the treadmill and stretch that muscle out.
After the gym and between picking squirrel up at preschool I had carrots and hummus.

I caught up on google reader and before I knew it it was time to pick her up.
I was really craving a chef salad today so I made one for lunch.

Greens, broccoli, carrots, turkey, ham, 2% cheddar, and lite ranch.
It hit the spot!
Tonight is supposed to be pizza night in our house but I'm really thinking chinese food.
What do you have planned tonight for dinner?

We're having homemade pizza (storebought dough) with sausage, peppers, mushrooms, olives & artichoke hearts! Before baby we'd go out every Friday but now it's become "pizza night". ;)
I really liked that Chobani flavor also! And I'm usually a Fage kinda girl :P
hey, a veggie burger and sweet potatoes don't sound like such a bad dinner to me!
Eek about your back. Hope it's back to normal soon!
I think I'm going to steal your pizza idea! It sounds incredible. I'm also a fage kinda girl too Joanne. It's just more expensive than chobani. I'm starting to think it's worth the extra money though!
Amy's burgers (actually, veggie burgers in general) are my 'go-to' dinner when I'm too lazy to plan anything. They never disappoint!
And I keep seeing the new Kashi cereal everywhere- I can't wait to try it! Anything with cinnamon is a win, in my book. (:
