We are having a get together tonight with some friends.
In order to not have another gain like last week I've been preparing myself for dinner all day. The old me would have fasted until dinner and then binged. Not this time.
I started my Saturday morning with a protein shake+body combat at 8. I read last night that body combat can burn between 700-1000 calories an hour. It should because it's tough. I'm sure I was on the higher side because I
I ate breakfast as soon as I got home.

An egg white, feta, spinach, and garlic sandwich.

That I shared... but didn't really want to.
The husband had the grill going for tonight's dinner so I had him throw a turkey burger on it for lunch. He also put reduced fat cheddar, spring mix, and avocado ranch dressing (on the menu tonight) on it.

I yelled at him for the ranch but he said it was just a little bit. It was actually perfect.
Dinner tonight is pulled brisket tacos with avocado ranch, guacamole, and cheese dip. Easy and delicious. It's a meal where I'll have to be very mindful about what I'm eating. Cheese, chips, alcohol... So many temptations. I think I've prepared myself well though. Small meals and a good workout today.
Thank you for all of your sweet comments the other day. It made me feel so much better. I do feel stronger and tighter everywhere so I am assuming it's muscle. It won't happen next week though!
How do you prepare for a big unhealthy meal?

Your breakfast looked SO delicious! When I have a big, unhealthy meal....I simply enjoy it and move on. While I need to lose weight, my weight isn't as much of an issue as my healthy. I'm getting more and more active and eating better than I ever have...so if I have something indulgent - I enjoy it and get right back to eating healthy for my next meal!
I'm eating a similar breakfast right now! love the sandwich thins.
