Dinner last night was chicken stir fry

I know this recipe by heart and it's so forgiving. It's such a good stir fry base. I double the veg, halve the chicken, omit the onion and celery, and use whole wheat spaghetti. The kids gobble this up!
I also ate a vegan almond joy bar with a teaspoon of biscoff cookie butter.

My sweet tooth has really been kicking in lately. Not sure if it's a good thing or not. I try to listen to my body so I'm thinking it needs sugar.
I started my morning again with a protein shake, coffee, and the gym. Not as early as 6 but close enough. I
Mon-Wed-Fri are hard. I'm still up at 6 but squirrel doesn't have to be at school until 9. It leaves us with a whole extra hour compared to Tues-Thurs. However, it leaves me with less time between breakfast and lunch. I normally get home around 10:45 so sometimes I eat breakfast then and eat lunch around 1. Today I skipped breakfast. It probably isn't the healthiest but I really wasn't feeling it this morning.
For lunch (around 11:30) I made a thai veggie burger and put it on my last slice of Rudi's honey wheat. Plus BBQ sauce and lettuce and roasted carrots on the side.
\It is gorgeous today! Almost 70*! Definitely an iced coffee kind of day.

I spent the afternoon cleaning and making cake pops. I have two cake pop bases. Yellow and chocolate... Plus these ingredients:

I'm planning on making 4 different cake pop flavors.
Any guesses on what flavors?
I'll give you one- Chocolate fudge.
