I was lazy yesterday afternoon. So lazy infact we had frozen pizza for dinner.
Neither pizza was that good. I had two pieces with a salad consisting of greens, red pepper, cucumber, parmesan and french dressing.
This week has been rough with workouts and eating. I'm staying on track but this is the first week I've struggled with it. I haven't wanted to go to the gym and I really don't want to eat any veggies. It's that time of the month by the way so I didn't expect any loss on the scale. I'm thinking that is the reason why I've been so blah too. I actually dropped a pound this week so I'm happy with that.
It was gorgeous today so that helped my mood...
I finally got to wear a new tank to the gym.
I've been waiting for the right weather and the right weight. My trainer was out of town so I did a body pump class instead. I left about 3/4 in to it. My blah mood kicked in and the instructor is so boring.
I don't usually drink diet drinks in the winter but as soon as that temperature comes up I crave them like crazy!
After the gym I met my sister to let the babies play and we went to Atlanta Bread Co. for lunch.
I got the usual. Balsamic bleu salad... but this time I got a cup of broccoli cheddar soup on the side. I didn't eat it all so I'm thinking the calorie count came to about 600 for the whole meal.
For those of you who are on blogger... Do you use the follower/member list on the side bar? I'm not really sure if it's necessary and I'm thinking of taking it off of my side bar. I don't think it gives you any idea on how much traffic you are getting. I also don't think it makes you look any more "popular" than anyone else.
