Dinner last night was pizza at my mom and dads. I had one slice of cheese pizza...

and a salad full of different colors. Spinach, broccoli, carrots, craisins, and hummus dressing (hummus mixed with almond milk).

This morning I had a green smoothie and green tea

TO GO!

I had to take little buddy to the doctor and am glad I did. He had ear infections in both ears.
I snacked on carrots and clementines on the way to and from.

When I got home I made a cheddar, pickle, and mustard sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin. Plus I roasted some of the carrots I had left from my snack and some grapes.

I had some water with lemon to drink. I'm loving the lemon water and spring weather!

When I downloaded these photos I noticed how colorful everything is. I think I'm doing a decent job of eating the colors of the rainbow!
Do you try to eat colorful food?

Your kids and mine with these double ear infections:( Are they thinking tubes yet?
@Sweet and Savory Eats I talked to the dr today about tubes. She said they try to only do tubes if they can't get rid of ear infections. My son has had several but they always clear up. She wants to see what happens when the weather gets warmer. She's hoping he doesn't have that many... We'll see!
Your day looks GREAT! It honestly warms my heart to see people eating so many colors and veggies. A lot of healthy living bloggers eat a shocking amount of beige food and call it the ideal way to eat.
Also- congrats on the three pounds! That is fantastic and must bring your mood up so much after seeing a stall on the scale for a couple of weeks.
WOW that cheddar, pickle, mustard sandwich looks AMAZING. Totally adding that into my life state.
Congrats on the 3lbs!
@Jenn It's an odd combo but I crave it all the time. You gotta try it :)
I do, especially in my salads. Congrats on the 3 #...any tips on breaking those plateaus?
3 lbs!! That's awesome!
You are such a loser - ha! Love it, great job!
140 is my goal weight too - I've got 24 to go though! :(
