Unpictured

It was a busy day so many things went unpictured.

Last night's dinner didn't.

Turkey burger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and steamed green beans on the side with parmesan and garlic.

After dinner I had an unpictured Mama Peas cookie dough ball.  I just love those things!

Breakfast almost went unpictured but I snapped a picture of my protein shake but forgot about my coffee.

After the gym I took the kiddos to the children's museum and had lunch at Chickfila.  I had the usual...

Chargrilled chicken salad with berry balsamic.  Plus french fries that my kids didn't eat.

My snack was a Luna bar and a soy latte.

It kind of bothers me that I didn't get some things photographed today.  It keeps me on track.  When I do blog posts I'm able to look back on what I ate the day before.  I use the my fitness pal app on my iPhone, my camera, and blogger to keep me on track...

What do you use?

I've been using livestrong lately and it helps me a lot. I take pictures with my phone a lot too.

I'm on My Fitness Pal too. I was one of the first members back in 2007!

Also, I've never had an MP doughball because I don't have a stand mixer. I always feel sad that I can't experience the rumored delight of the balls for lack of a kitchen appliance!
